Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Ironbark Kitchen accepts order cancellations under the following conditions.

Cancel before dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our studio for a full refund of the order total, including any shipping fees paid. We typically dispatch within 1–2 business days, so please contact us as soon as possible.

How to cancel

Email hello@ironbarkkitchen.com with the subject line "Order cancellation" and your order number, or call us on +61 489 088 620 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AWST).

After dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you are welcome to return it under our 30-day Refund Policy once it arrives. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Custom or made-to-order items

If we offer custom or made-to-order pieces in the future, those items will be marked clearly at checkout and may be non-cancellable once production begins. This will always be made clear before you place the order.

Refund processing

Cancellation refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of the cancellation being confirmed.
