Shipping Policy

All Ironbark Kitchen orders are packed by hand at our studio in Forrestdale, Western Australia, and shipped Australia-wide via Australia Post and trusted couriers.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday (excluding WA public holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the studio.

Delivery times

• Perth metro: 3–5 business days
• Other capital cities: 4–7 business days
• Regional and remote Australia: 5–10 business days

These are estimates from Australia Post and may vary during peak periods or due to events outside our control.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping: a flat AUD $12.95 within Australia
• Free standard shipping on orders over AUD $150
• Express options are available at checkout where supported

International orders

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
