These terms govern your use of ironbarkkitchen.com and any purchase of goods from Ironbark Kitchen ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices on the site are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept when we send your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Your order will not be dispatched until payment is successfully received.

4. Product information

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colour and texture. However, because many of our items are handmade from natural materials, slight variations between items and from photographs are part of their character and not a fault.

5. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery, returns and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including photography, product descriptions and the Ironbark Kitchen name and branding, is owned by Ironbark Kitchen or licensed to us and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Western Australia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
