Refund Policy

At Ironbark Kitchen we want you to be completely happy with every piece you bring into your home. If something isn't right, we offer a straightforward refund process in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

30-day returns

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, provided the item is:

  • Unused, unwashed and in its original condition
  • Returned in its original packaging where possible
  • Accompanied by your order number

How to request a refund

Email hello@ironbarkkitchen.com or call +61 489 088 620 with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will reply within one business day with a return address and instructions.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, we cover the cost of return shipping and will either replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo if possible.

Refund processing

Once we receive your returned item we inspect it and process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 3–10 business days to display the refund.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service. For faulty or incorrect items, Ironbark Kitchen covers the return shipping cost.
